Mick is onze vaste correspondent uit Engeland, en stuurde ons de link naar een prachtige film van de elektrificatie tussen  London Liverpool Street en Southend Victoria stations in 1957.

Amazingly we still used this type of construction and wiring technique upto the early 90's.
 
This is one section of line which I am now involved in renewing with the new Furrer and Frey design.
